The Orlando Unreal Chapter invites you to join us for XR Game Jam Pitch Day 2025. A showcase of innovation where creativity meets cutting edge technology. This event marks the culmination of our XR Game Jam, where talented developers have been building immersive solutions to tackle real challenges in the real estate industry.

Come see how our teams used Unreal Engine, XR, and VR technologies to design prototypes that push the boundaries of what’s possible now within the real estate industry and beyond. Each team will deliver a live pitch presentation, complete with demos, to a panel of Industry mentors, and community Business leaders.

Vanessa  Loomie - is an Orlando native and real estate agent with Corcoran Premier Realty. As a Parsons School of Design and University of Central Florida graduate, she brings a creative eye and narrative story-building to real estate through staging, marketing, and problem-solving. Vanessa believes that evolving technology helps make home ownership more accessible. Through serving on the UCF Arts & Humanities Alumni Chapter and Mennello Museum Board of Trustees, Vanessa is committed to improving community connections and the cultural arts. 

Leo Loomie - brings 24 years of leadership experience in management consulting, technology, and global operations. He is recognized for expertise in business development, consultative sales, digital technology solutions, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and strategic client relationship management. As Chief Operating Officer at Streamline Mortgage Solutions, Leo expanded his expertise in the lending and real estate sectors—driving operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and opening new market opportunities through innovative products and services.

Javin Lopez - Born and raised in Chicago, Javin Lopez moved to Florida in 2005 and spent 11 years at Expedia.com before transitioning into real estate. Today, he serves as a 2025 Director for both Florida Realtors® and Osceola Realtors® while being a part of the Stellar MLS Advisory Council, Javin is a partner at Futurescape Media specializing in 3D orbital scans and FPV cinematic aerials for commercial real estate, the Founder of Divorce Your Landlord  and an active Realtor® with Avanti Way the leaders in real estate prop-tech.
