We are excited to have Wellington City Council join us to showcase how they have been using Unreal Engine to develop the city Digital Twin.

The presentation starts as usual at 6:15pm, in the same room at Victoria University on Vivian Street and afterwards we go grab a few drinks and banter at Southern Cross. Will try to get us a space inside...brrrrr.

"Wellington City Council (WCC's) is using Unreal Engine to create a Digital City Model of Wellington that will support spatial planning, transport planning, climate adaptation and recreate how we communicate and engage our communities. WCC was named a champion city winning $1million USD as part of the Bloomberg Global Mayors Challenge to use our Digital City Model for Climate Adaptation Planning and Engagement. This talk will provide an overview of how this technology is being used in the public sector, WCC's journey to date, how we are using Unreal Engine to develop our Digital City Model and upcoming projects."
