About this event

Hi, all,

We are excited to have Jason Lust present techniques on creating destructible PCG (Procedural Content Generation) environments. Here is what he'll be covering:

A walkthrough of a prototype demonstrating how to leverage PCG to create a survival-crafting environment where resources can be chopped down and gathered. The talk will dive into how PCG uses instanced meshes for performance, and how players can modify these instances in-game, save those changes, and replicate the modifications in a multiplayer setting.

Registration is not required, but it helps us plan events so we appreciate it. Thanks!

We are fortunate to have a great space at the Amazon Skills Center located here:

Amazon Oscar building
1007 Stewart St (2nd Floor).
There is paid parking at the base of the building and on the street.

After the event, many of us go to Seattle Indies in Capitol Hill for more networking with local game devs.
