Good news everyone, I got a virtual machine up and running, let’s test it at this meet. We can deep dive into large UE projects like Dirge, BIONICLE Masks of Power, and even my personal work now that I have this.
This is exciting, so I’d like to start meeting more often now, maybe every 2 weeks.
We will also have to start meeting on either Wednesdays or Tuesdays now because I have class on Thursdays this school year. We will meet Wednesday this month just to get in the flow.
We will also meet in room 409, this room actually has windows and cool skyline views haha.
School starts next month, so meeting date and room number may be subject to change moving forward in case there are any conflicts.
Thanks! Looking forward to this.

Do you have any questions about Unreal Engine? Want to showcase your project to local developers? Curious to see the inner workings and learn how AA scale indie games are made? Come to one of our meets!
I'm Nando, one of the board members for DePaul's game dev club. These meets are going to be held at DePaul campuses, so either in Lincoln Park or the Loop.
Bring all your own devices. We'll be in a classroom with enough space and an hdmi to connect your laptop, should you want to share anything with the rest of the group.
The meet will be held at 2315 N Kenmore Ave (The Arts & Letters Hall) in Room 409
It is about 2 blocks from the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple Line stop. There are parking garages nearby as well as limited free street parking around.
Thanks, hope to see you all there!
