زنقة الألعاب فعالية عربية لتطوير الألعاب أُسست لتجمع المطوّرين العرب في مساحة ودّية تنافسية ومحدودة الوقت. على مدى ٧٢ ساعة، يبني المشاركون ألعاباً تنطلق من ثيم يُعلَن لحظة البداية، ثم يلعب الجميع ألعاب البقية ويتبادلون الملاحظات.

ما يميّز الزنقة هو طابعها العربي بالكامل: لغتنا، روحنا، وطريقتنا في التواصل والتعاون. مهم أن تكون لدى مجتمعنا منصّة باللغة العربية تتسع لخبرته وتنمو معه.

كل عام نختار موعداً صيفياً، نفتح التسجيل، نجمع الاقتراحات، نصوّت على الثيم، ثم نطلق العنان للإبداع.

من يمكنه المشاركة؟

أي شخص مهتم بتطوير الألعاب — مبرمجون، فنانون، مصممون، موسيقيون. أي عمر، أي مستوى مهارة.

ستقام في عدة أماكن مثل مختبر الألعاب الأردني، ومنصة زين للإبداع، وايضا أونلاين

About Game Zanga

Game Zanga is an Arabic game development event created to bring Arab game developers together in a friendly, competitive, and time-limited environment.

Over the course of 72 hours, participants create games based on a theme revealed at the start of the event. Once the development period ends, everyone gets the chance to play each other’s games, share feedback, and celebrate the creativity of the community.

What makes Game Zanga unique is its distinctly Arab identity — our language, our spirit, and our way of communicating and collaborating. It is important for our community to have a platform in Arabic that embraces its experience, reflects its identity, and grows alongside it.

Every year, we choose a date during the summer, open registration, gather theme suggestions, vote on the winning theme, and then set creativity free.

Who Can Participate?

Anyone interested in game development can participate — programmers, artists, designers, musicians, and more.

There are no age or skill-level restrictions. Whether you are a beginner taking your first steps into game development or an experienced developer, everyone is welcome.

Where Will Game Zanga Take Place This Year?

This year, Game Zanga will take place across multiple locations, including the Jordan Gaming Lab, ZINC (Zain Innovation Campus), as well as online.
